Responsibilities

The Internal Sales Manager will lead and develop the Internal Sales function to deliver high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused commercial and technical support that drives business growth.

The role ensures the team operates as an effective extension of external sales by maintaining strong technical competency, process excellence, and cross-functional coordination.

Ensure the Internal Sales team consistently performs responsibilities to a high standard.

Ensure team competency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications for order accuracy.

Guide the team in identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.

Ensure appropriate technical and commercial evaluation of customer enquiries and purchase orders.
