Business Process Professional III

5-7 years of experience supporting ETRM, TIES, Quorum, or Transaction Management commercial applications

business processes within an asset‑intensive or transaction‑driven environment, with exposure to enterprise systems used for deal execution, scheduling, settlement, or financial close.

Experience with providing user support, testing, training, documenting product requirements, and managing and prioritizing a product backlog.

Experience with the energy industry, midstream preference, especially pertaining to technology solutions development

Experience supporting application process enhancements, system changes, or operational initiatives in a production environment, including user support, issue resolution, data validation, testing coordination, and change adoption.

Working knowledge of Measurement to Settle process flows, including how upstream decisions impact downstream execution, controls, and reporting across multiple functions.

Develop strong working relationships and collaborate with business users, IT stakeholders, consultants, and vendors to support business objectives.

Lead and perform business process reviews, making recommendations for improvements and/or changes to resolve deficiencies.

Research and recommend new processes or technology solutions as needed.

Solicit feedback and seek alignment with IT and business subject matter experts.

Drive effective use of existing processes and systems and partner with leadership to develop standards and best practices.

Identify and implement appropriate controls for business processes and technology solutions.
