$200,000 - $230,000 a year

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above. Total compensation package does include stock options, bonus, benefits and additional perks.

In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing Federato's flagship Underwriting Platform.

Underwriting Platform include the core capabilities that are business critical for our customers' underwriting.

You will own the roadmap of the underwriting platform and actively seek opportunities to expand the capabilities and to enhance the user experience.

: Effectively communicate the value proposition of the product portfolio to internal and external stakeholders.  Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support product adoption and growth.

Develop a deep understanding of the insurance market, including its key players, challenges, trends, and competitive landscape.

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats, informing product strategy, portfolio decisions, and potential M&A opportunities.  Define and refine market segmentation to target specific user personas effectively.
