Metropolis is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Recruiting Coordinator to support our high-volume technical hiring efforts. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience while enabling our Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers to operate efficiently at scale.
You will manage complex interview logistics, maintain ATS integrity, support recruiting reporting, and gradually take ownership of background check and onboarding coordination processes. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, comfort operating in fast-paced environments, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously. While the primary focus will be supporting Technical Recruiting, this role may also flex to support business hiring as needed.
2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, executive assistant, or a similar high-volume administrative environment
Proven ability to manage high volumes of interview scheduling with speed and accuracy
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Responsibilities
Coordinate high-volume, multi-stage technical interviews across multiple time zones
Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure timely candidate progression and efficient interview planning
Maintain accurate candidate data across systems, including but not limited to Greenhouse, Workday, and Dayforce
Manage job postings, requisitions, and status updates within ATS and HRIS platforms
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring thoughtful and timely communication
Track interview feedback and support recruiter reporting needs
