Requirements

Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.

Responsibilities

The Ambulatory Operations Manager oversees the operations of ambulatory sites to create a cohesive and aligned patient-centered experience throughout the ambulatory network.

The Ambulatory Operations Manager provides leadership and oversight to staff, coordinates resources, and supports physicians and clinical leadership to ensure efficient operations, compliance with quality standards, and strong patient outcomes.

This role also participates in strategic planning, space management, and process improvement initiatives to support the long-term growth of ambulatory services.

Must perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the hospital's policies and procedures, including its Service Standards and its Code of Conduct.

Provide operational oversight for daily site(s) management, including staffing, workflow coordination, patient experience standards, and site-level resource utilization.

Manage operational and capital budgets, monitor financial performance, and address variances to achieve fiscal accountability.
