Exceptional coaching ability that elevates founders in ICP clarity, offer creation, funnel quality, prioritization, and execution discipline.
High agency, strong judgment, and the operational rigor to set standards, build systems, and drive clarity across multiple companies.
Responsibilities
We are hiring a world-class growth operator who has scaled multiple companies and built early-stage systems inside top-tier venture environments. You will
own the studio-wide growth engine
and ensure every venture reaches Product-Market-Fit (PMF), revenue, and adoption milestones that compound Martell Ventures enterprise value.
You operate with Speed over Perfection, Own the Outcome, and Act Like a Founder, holding yourself and founders to elite execution standards. Once founders enter the studio, you
install the Martell Ventures Growth OS across the portfolio
and run a unified growth system covering
