Associate Director, Delivery (Creative)

6+ years of project management experience in an advertising, creative agency, production studio, or related environment

Strong understanding of creative workflows across design, video, digital, social, and integrated campaigns

Expertise with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Jira, etc.)Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines

Experience with AI-enabled creative workflows or content production tools

In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue between creative, strategy, account, and production—ensuring that ideas move seamlessly from conception to delivery. You’ll manage timelines, resources, workflows, and communication across multiple integrated campaigns, helping our teams deliver exceptional work on time and on brief.

Manage day-to-day project operations across multiple campaigns, from kickoff through final delivery

Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, trackers, and budgets
