AEG reserves the right to change or modify the employee’s job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship. AEG may require an employee to perform duties outside his/her normal description.

Organize and distribute 21+ and VIP wristbands.

Be familiar with state and federal laws surrounding valid forms of ID for entry and alcohol purchases.

Assist guests with directional and informational inquiries by demonstrating strong knowledge of the facility and event(s).

Oversee designated areas of the event to ensure operational needs are covered and welcoming for guests.

Escort guests who need assistance to designated areas of the event.

Serve as a physical presence by helping exemplify values of equity safety and inclusion by deploying with ambassadors per protocol.
