Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, Data Management, or similar.

3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with deep expertise in product data management – sales planning, component forecasting, offer structure management, lifecycle planning.

Previous experience managing a dynamic and complex product offer.

Strong analytical skills.

Demonstrated ability to navigate complicated systems that require significant self-led learning and frequent training.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $110,000.00 - $132,500.00

Responsibilities

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:

Lead data management and systems-readiness for the product marketing function.

Manage and execute regular updates to the product offer structure (standard, optional, and package content) in our internal product planning system to correctly feed data to all downstream stakeholders.

Create and update all technical and sales buildability rules, including both regularly scheduled and ad hoc changes to the program.

Regular collaboration with stakeholders in Engineering, Production, Logistics to ensure that data is correct and properly loading into all other systems.

Maintain all model-year and lifecycle data management for the product development timeline.
