Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the quality engineering team.
Lead initiatives to elevate quality performance across the entire product portfolio.
Serve as the primary interface for customers on quality\u2011related topics.
Partner closely with Failure Analysis, Test Engineering, Product Engineering, and Field Sales to achieve quality objectives and strengthen customer satisfaction.
Drive corrective and preventive actions for field failures, including ownership of 8D problem\u2011solving and delivery of customer\u2011ready reports.
Define, implement, and sustain operational and systemic improvements to product quality.
