Responsibilities
Manage qualified leads from inbound and outbound teams; run discovery calls (using MEDDPICC) and drive full-cycle deals to close
SDR on account targeting, sales strategy, and prospecting to engage top ICP brands
Uncover customer business needs and position Customer.io’s solutions effectively
Own your numbers: track and report on sales activity, pipeline health, and revenue performance
Self-source pipeline as needed to stay on track for quota attainment
Use value-based selling to clearly communicate the features and benefits of our platform
