As a Recovery Coordinator, you will be a key member of our multidisciplinary team, supporting individuals affected by alcohol misuse to make positive and lasting changes in their lives.

You will provide person-centred, trauma-informed support, helping service users to identify their strengths, overcome barriers, and work towards their recovery goals.

You will manage a diverse caseload, offering tailored one-to-one support alongside delivering structured group programmes and psychosocial interventions.

Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, partner agencies, families, and local community services, you will ensure service users receive coordinated support that promotes independence, resilience, and long-term recovery.

Manage a caseload of service users, completing assessments and developing, implementing, and reviewing personalised recovery plans.

Carry out triage, screening, risk assessments, safeguarding, and ongoing reviews in line with organisational policies and best practice.
