Requirements
Proficient in a 3D CAD package (such as Solidworks, CATIA, NX, etc.) and the ability to make manufacturing drawings using GD&T.
Hands-on experience building hardware.
Three or more years of experience in manufacturing quality engineering.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
Experience with inspection equipment, metrology tools, and measurement systems.
Supplier quality and audit experience preferred.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer to help build and scale our quality program from the ground up.
This role will partner closely with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and operations to establish quality standards, inspection methods, and processes that support production growth and continuous improvement.
The Quality Engineer will play a key role in developing the quality management system, improving process capability, supporting supplier quality, and selecting inspection equipment needed for both development and production operations
Develop quality procedures, work instructions, inspection plans, and control plans.
Support the development and maintenance of the company's quality management system.
Review engineering drawings and define inspection requirements.
