Responsibilities

This is a great opportunity to continue in your building materials career or build upon warehouse experience.  As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse and talented manufacturing team. Your primary goal is to properly organize staff members and achieve a reasonable workflow throughout the day. Your position will also include directing, disciplining, training, and assisting manufacturing team members in a factory setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborates with other managers to coordinate production activities in and among departments.

Collects, evaluates, analyzes, and assesses production data.

Regularly inspects and evaluates products for quality and defects.

Identifies and corrects problems and inefficiencies in process, materials, equipment, or skills.
