Requirements
3+ years’ experience on customer quality management, with experience in the automotive, power battery, or energy storage battery industry preferred.
Proficient in customer complaint handling, root cause analysis, and quality tools such as 8D, 5Why, FMEA, SPC, and DOE.
Strong analytical ability using tools like Minitab, Excel, and Power BI for PPM, yield, and quality trend tracking.
Experienced in customer interface management, audit coordination (VDA6.3, IATF16949), and translating CSR requirements into internal standards.
Familiar with battery pack production processes, including module assembly, solder quality, and PACK disassembly analysis.
Able to adapt to a certain frequency of domestic and international business trips.
Responsibilities
Receive, evaluate and distribute customer quality complaints, establish 8D problem solving reports, and ensure that the closed loop is completed within the specified period.
Organize cross-departmental failure analysis (FA) to promote root cause identification and permanent action implementation.
Develop temporary containment measures for major quality accidents and supervise their implementation.
Confirm, lock and collect failed physical objects and faulty parts at the customer's site in the first time to ensure the accuracy of traceability.
Conduct a preliminary analysis of the faulty component (including visual inspection, conductivity testing, impedance/capacity testing, and module PACK disassembly), produce an initial on-site assessment report, and progressively narrow down the fault scope to identify the faulty component.
Classify, identify, and return faulty parts to factory/aftersales point, ensuring complete handover to the internal FA laboratory.
