Requirements
10+ years of experience, including 7+ years in sales as a quota-carrying Account Executive or sales manager.
Experience leading a field-facing enablement or sales operations team.
Strong track record of driving adoption of programs across a distributed sales organization.
Responsibilities
Samsara is looking for a Senior Director, Field Activation to lead the team that brings our global enablement programs to life in the field.
Reporting to the VP of Field Enablement, you'll define and execute the strategy for field-specific enablement needs, aligning your team's work to business outcomes and to the global programs built by our Skills and Leadership Development teams.
Your team's time is split across three priorities: 70% driving adoption of global skill programs, 20% addressing bespoke sales team enablement needs, and 10% stakeholder engagement.
