Requirements
4–8+ years of management experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or another service-driven environment
Experience managing teams of 15+ employees and owning daily operational performance, including staffing, scheduling, and studio results
Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Strong organizational and operational management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solutions-oriented with the ability to remain calm under pressure

Competitive Compensation

Responsibilities
Drive Studio Performance:
Monitor memberships, class utilization, and retail performance while supporting revenue growth and managing labor costs.
Team
Hire, train, and manage Studio Representatives, Shift Managers, and instructors while setting clear expectations and maintaining team accountability.
Manage Operations:
Oversee instructor and staff scheduling, payroll coordination, and daily studio operations to ensure a smooth and consistent experience.
Maintain Studio Standards:
Ensure the studio environment reflects New York Pilates’ brand standards while resolving student issues professionally.
