Responsibilities

Alliance Enablement Program Manager

, you will lead the design, execution, and continuous evolution of enablement programs supporting Huntress’ strategic alliance with Microsoft, with a primary focus on Microsoft Marketplace.

This role exists to translate alliance strategy into structured, scalable enablement that equips both internal Huntress teams and external ecosystem partners to effectively position, transact, and grow through Marketplace.

You will work closely with the Head of Alliances to operationalize alliance priorities into training programs, enablement journeys, and repeatable resources that support AEs, CAMs, SDRs, and partner teams engaging in Marketplace motions.

You will build the infrastructure for alliance enablement including onboarding paths, product positioning materials, Marketplace transaction education, and cross-functional workflows, while maintaining the flexibility to deliver live internal and external training when needed.

In addition to Microsoft Marketplace enablement, you will support ad hoc alliance-driven initiatives (e.g., cybersecurity insurance partnerships) through focused, sprint-based enablement programs that ensure fast alignment across the organization.
