Responsibilities
At LTSE, we are working to reshape the public markets to better support long-term value creation. As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking Director and Senior Counsel, Regulation and Markets to help advance our regulatory strategy and ensure the strength and integrity of our market.
This is a highly visible role at the intersection of market structure, regulation, and innovation. You will help guide LTSE through the evolving securities regulatory landscape while supporting initiatives designed to modernize the public markets.

You will also oversee filings throughout the SEC review process, ensuring timely submissions and thoughtful responses to regulatory feedback.
This role is ideal for a strategic, experienced regulatory lawyer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is motivated by the opportunity to help shape the future of the public markets.
