Requirements
Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, ideally with previous hands-on software engineering experience and a background as a data engineer.
Experience managing and growing teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Deep understanding of auction systems, marketplaces, or ride-hailing platforms, with a focus on driving tailored and attractive offers.
