Interests in the industry servicing mechanical and Controls systems in the HVAC-R fields.
Effective interpersonal skills to properly represent Johnson Controls to customers and other outside contacts in an ethical and professional manner.
Basic understanding of tools, mechanical systems, or construction environments
Comfortable using hand and power tools

Responsibilities
Are you looking to gain Heating, Ventilation, & Air Condition (HVAC) knowledge and learn firsthand from industry leading professionals?
Our team will give you this opportunity, in addition, we provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA).
We will equip you with tools and a vehicle to perform your job at the highest standard. Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service related items.
As a trusted advisor to our customers you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service.
First or Second year apprentices will be trained and will perform work on HVAC mechanical equipment and controls on client sites.
Apprentices will participate in certified trainings through Service Technical Academy that will build skill sets to provide continued opportunities for recognition, monetary rewards and advancement.
