Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

1-2+ years of experience in service coordination, vendor management, customer service, or administrative support.

Familiarity with maintenance management software, fleet management systems, or transportation management systems is considered an asset.

Salary range: $55,000-65,000 per annum

Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

to join our Operations team and oversee the upkeep, performance, and presentation of our national fleet.

In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone ensuring our vehicles are safe, compliant, cost-efficient, and brand-perfect—keeping Clutch on the road and looking sharp.

You’ll work closely with field operations, vendors, and leadership to coordinate preventative maintenance, track repairs, and plan for future fleet growth.
