Responsibilities
Support Wildtype in responding to RFI, RFP and pitch requests by coordinating all logistical components for new business related activities
Learn to manage pitch team schedule and meetings, prepare project timelines and materials, and set up for all pitch team meetings
Assist team in gathering core pitch assets including agency background/capabilities and collateral materials, case studies and team bios
Conduct research as needed on companies/products and highlight and summarize for distribution to team
Accountable for taking notes during core team meetings and distributing to team
Arrange travel plans for pitch teams
