Requirements
At least three (3) years' experience implementing community-based WASH, health, nutrition or related development projects.
Experience in work planning, activity delivery, budget monitoring, procurement follow-up, partner coordination and donor/organizational reporting.
Knowledge of WASH, health and nutrition project models, social and behaviour change communication, hygiene promotion and community mobilization approaches.
Responsibilities
Support needs assessments and community reviews to identify WASH, health and nutrition priorities in assigned locations, in line with WVG strategy and CARE IPF objectives.
Coordinate day-to-day delivery of approved WASH, health and nutrition project models and approaches, including COMM, PDH, Nurturing Care Groups, Channels of Hope for MNCH, Celebrating Families, CVA and WASH Sermon Guide activities.
Support implementation of safeguarding and child protection protocols, including incident reporting, preparedness plans, partner/volunteer training and community sensitization.
