Requirements
Master’s or doctoral degree as a Board-Certified Physician Assistant
Current State License as a Physician Assistant
Sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently
Must be able to lift at least 35lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
Current and valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance coverage

Responsibilities
Physician Assistants provide primary and/or consultative professional care in a variety of care settings.
The Physician Assistant will function in collaboration with physicians according to a Collaboration Arrangement.
The Physician Assistant practice will focus on caring for geriatric and seriously ill populations to assist patients and families with comfort and quality of life.
Secure patient signatures on necessary documents and properly document in EMR when necessary at a visit.
Review HIPAA Notice of Privacy, consents for treatment, release of records and patient responsibilities forms with patients/caretakers.
Drives between locations, navigating to each location using GPS device or other tools if required.
