Requirements
Associate's degree or post-secondary Certificate/Diploma in social services, health care, or a related field
At least two years of experience in a related field, preferably with some supervisory or leadership experience
Willingness to obtain a Criminal Records Search
Current first-aid and CPR certification

Responsibilities
Develop and implement programs for individuals (Home Share, Community Inclusion, Respite, etc.).
Train and oversee managers in all aspects of program operations.
Assist in program training, staff development, and provide support and guidance to employees/managers/contractors.
Provide guidelines and directions regarding behavior interventions, restrictions, techniques, etc.
Assist employees, Coordinators, and Managers with supported people’s health issues, including mental health and behavioral referrals.
Support and meet the needs of individuals, family members, and advocates.
