The Night Line Haul Driver is a safety-critical role responsible for the secure, incident-free transport of freight within the Manitoulin network. Operating out of the Barrie terminal, this position requires a professional who treats every mile and every pallet with a "zero-incident" mindset. You are responsible for maintaining the integrity of the network’s logistics through disciplined night-shift driving and precision freight handling.

Core Responsibilities

Defensive Driving & Highway Safety:

Operate heavy-duty tractor-trailers with a focus on defensive driving techniques, particularly during challenging night-time visibility and variable weather conditions.

Pre/Post-Trip Compliance:

Conduct thorough Circle Checks and DVIRs (Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports). Any mechanical or safety deficiencies must be identified and reported immediately to ensure fleet roadworthiness.
