Requirements
3+ years of experience in a content marketing role (ideally in a B2B environment) with experience creating various types of written content such as gated downloadable resources, blogs or long-form articles, webinar decks and scripts, social media and ad copy, and video scripts
2+ Familiarity with AIO and SEO best practices
Experience creating partner-facing or enablement content
Deep familiarity with cybersecurity/IT topics
Responsibilities
Contribute original, high-quality, engagement-driven content from concept to delivery
Ensure consistent tone, style and messaging across each content type (e.g., MSP Success Digital, MSP Success Peer and MSP Success website)
Translate complex technical or service information into clear, engaging language for the target audience.
Review and refine SME-created content for grammar, readability, accuracy, SEO and AI optimization (AIO), and compliance with brand voice guidelines and standards, where applicable.
Use CMS and workflow tools (e.g., MSP Success Partner Portal, WordPress, Asana, and AI-assisted content tools like ChatGPT or Gemini) to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
Stay informed on social media, AIO and SEO trends, and content performance insights to guide continuous improvement.
