Serving as the lead legal advisor and strategic partner  to our Payments, Engineering, Risk, and Product teams, influencing product development, new payment methods, and global expansion while enabling compliant innovation.

Partnering deeply with Product and Engineering to provide practical, forward-looking guidance throughout the product lifecycle—from ideation through launch and iteration

Serve as the Company’s subject matter expert on financial service regulations including payments, money transmission, stored value cards, fraud prevention and KYC/KYB.

Drafting and reviewing consumer-facing disclosures and terms of service for any payments products or offerings to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex, strategic agreements with payment processors, financial institutions, card networks, and other  fintech partners
