Administrative Analyst

Demonstrated budgeting and forecasting experience.

Solid understanding of TC Energy's structure, business interests, and key stakeholders.

Working knowledge of SAP.

This position will be directly involved in the tracking and compilation of the operations and maintenance budgets, expenses, and forecasting activities across multiple lines of business.

Analyze data, including financial reporting, variances to budget, and related information.

Handle and process invoices, including verification of accuracy and validity, requesting approval, coding, and submitting.

Provide guidance and assistance to team members on company programs and processes such as time reporting, expense reporting, and training.

Requisition needed services and materials.

Support management of department budget by compiling reports and assisting with forecasting activities.
