Responsibilities

As a Host/Hostess at The Social Hub, you're the first smiling face our guests see, and the one who sets the tone for everything that follows. You’re a natural connector, welcoming everyone with warmth, managing the guest flow with grace, and keeping things running smoothly from entrance to table.

Greet every guest with a warm, genuine welcome and manage the entrance area with confidence

Handle reservations across phone, email, and booking systems, including modifications and special requests

Coordinate guest seating with the FOH and kitchen team to ensure a smooth, timely flow

Monitor wait times and guest needs, offering thoughtful solutions when necessary

Keep the host stand, menus, and entrance area neat and welcoming at all times
