Producer

Our studio is looking for a Producer to partner with Sr.

Producers on the team and who sets a high quality bar, values efficiency, productivity and the satisfaction that comes from helping a team do their best work.

Your core responsibilities will be to help to ensure timely and efficient delivery of a game area.

Partner with design and tech peers to ensure the impact and quality of established goals and deliverables for your group

Make it your business to become well versed in the features being built for the game which will allow you to run your sub-team and appropriately prioritize the team’s work in partnership with designers.

Align with the Producer lead to iterate on and develop structure and workflows in Jira and other project management tools such as Flow

Drive effective process within your group

Work with multi-disciplinary teams of designers, engineers and artists to establish, prioritize, plan and deliver on short term and long term goals for the project
