HR Lifecycle Support

Provide life cycle HR specialist and admin support to an employee population of approximately 500 employees.

Assist employees with the Leave of Absence process, helping them understand the timing, responsibilities and initial steps to start a LOA claim

Serve as a trusted People team member, executing people initiatives that support the business objectives of the broader organization

Leverage HR reporting and metrics; analyze data, diagnose issues, and recommend solutions to address business challenges for the plant employee population
