Technical Project Manager - Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from scoping to implementation.

Provides leadership and direction in migrating legacy applications to cloud platforms in a FedRAMP environment

Oversee the development and execution of contractor-assigned projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality standards. Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
