Required Experience

10+ years of experience in equipment finance with a primary focus on the small\u2011ticket vendor financing segment

Demonstrated, verifiable track record of individual sales production and profitable origination.

Minimum 5 years of success in new vendor development and ongoing account management.

Extensive experience developing, structuring, and managing vendor programs end\u2011to\u2011end.

Strong working knowledge of lease and loan documentation, with significant experience negotiating documentation with end\u2011user borrowers.

Responsibilities

Sales Generation & Pipeline Ownership

Own and actively manage a personal pipeline from prospecting through closing, with direct accountability for origination volume, yield, and profitability.

Generate new originations through disciplined, proactive prospecting (both in person and virtually) of small\u2011ticket equipment vendors and select direct end\u2011use customers.

Leverage an established industry network and existing vendor relationships to drive immediate and sustained production.

Consistently meet or exceed defined volume and profitability goals.
