Responsibilities
This role is integral in supporting Enterprise Technology & Data (ET&D), which is undergoing an exciting transformation.
In this role you will work with world-class leaders to help drive strategic HR initiatives, enabling the greatest storytellers in the world to create memorable experiences for millions of families globally.
Provide consultation to clients by partnering on HR processes, procedures, and initiatives.
Work closely with HR team, managers, and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and retention.
Participate in special projects and handle correspondence with clients, including executives.
