Requirements
8-10 years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Architecture / Cloud Data Platform roles
Experience designing production-grade, scalable, multi-domain data models
Proven experience with tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Terraform, Airbyte, and Fivetran
Extensive experience with AWS cloud services, including infrastructure design and maintenance
Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling techniques.
Familiarity with data integration workflows and ETL/ELT best practices
Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Data Architect to design and scale the next-generation data platform powering Mitratech’s GRC product suite.
This role sits at the intersection of architecture, data modeling, cloud infrastructure, and modern AI-first data foundations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in modern analytics tools and platforms, particularly Snowflake, Terraform, dbt, Airbyte, and Fivetran, combined with expertise in AWS.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that our data platform supports the organization’s analytics and business intelligence needs effectively and allows us to scale our solutions and emerging AI use cases across our GRC ecosystem.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong ownership, architectural depth, and the ability to partner closely with global stakeholders.
