, you will become knowledgeable in the carriers or functions you support.

You will review incoming materials, research questions across several systems, and provide clear, helpful information to carriers and internal partners.

Support a defined set of carriers by obtaining needed statements and documentation so incoming payments can be applied by the appropriate accounting teams.

Review and vet incoming carrier documents and route or redirect them to the correct internal teams.

Research questions using several internal systems and follow up to gather missing information.

Provide helpful and professional service by responding to carrier and broker inquiries through email and phone.
