7+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure

Part of the Global IT team, the Senior System Administrator is an IT expert and professional, responsible for setting up and maintaining IT systems, servers and infrastructure, based in Fishers IN, but working across all locations. As System Administrator, you maintain the accessibility and uptime of GxP and corporate IT systems and services and are responsible for implementation and support of the Enterprise Systems and Laboratory Computer Systems. You ensure that all IT services are maintained to a high standard and provide day to day support as required. You ensure that all incidents are properly addressed and make recommendations for improving the company’s IT systems. You configure a resilient and secure IT architecture compliant to regulations and company policies, to ensure the success of the business.

You initiate and execute IT Projects based on the overall IT strategy and priorities and work with IT staff, internal customers, vendors, service partners, auditors and other stakeholders to ensure the right solutions are delivered, leading to better collaboration and tighter feedback loops across teams globally.

This role is expected to be on-site at our Indiana location.
