National Litigation & Claims Management Attorney

5+ years of litigation and experience

Experience handling multi-jurisdictional litigation and/or national claims programs preferred

Background in transportation, logistics, trucking, or related regulatory frameworks preferred

Familiarity with emerging e-commerce or gig economy legal issues is a plus

Strong client counseling and relationship management skills

Advanced technical proficiency with litigation and discovery tools

We are seeking a highly skilled attorney with deep experience in litigation, claims management, and, critical discovery strategy and execution to support our representation of a large, national logistics services provider. This is a dynamic role that operates at the intersection of litigation strategy, large-scale discovery, and national claims oversight.

Independently manage a nationwide litigation caseload from inception through resolution in a fast-moving environment

Conduct thorough investigations and proactively spot discovery issues unique to each case

Develop and craft strategic discovery responses tailored to individual cases while ensuring alignment with overarching national litigation strategies

Manage and continuously improve a national claims program, identifying efficiencies and scalable solutions

Partner closely with attorneys, partners, and client to develop case strategy and discovery plans
