Requirements
● 5-7 years of experience
● Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Strong interest in CRO and ability to self-identify and execute tests

● Day to day management of WordPress website
● Create custom high-performing pages, including testing various copy as well as layout
● Manage website personalization tool
● Mange AI agents with a goal of maximizing conversions
● Report on website performance
