Requirements
As a Principal BIM Information Manager, you will bring significant experience in managing BIM delivery on complex, multi‑disciplinary projects.
You understand the importance of delivering high‑quality information that meets industry standards, regulatory requirements and client expectations.
Leading and defining BIM approaches in line with industry standards, regulations and project‑specific requirements
Overseeing BIM delivery across several concurrent projects
Managing time, cost, quality and resource planning for BIM workstreams
Preparing and reviewing tender responses, fee proposals, scopes of work and change controls
