Requirements
Here's what else you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on the automotive industry. An equivalent amount of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or JIT/JIS process management within the automotive industry
Experience and knowledge of VDA, ISO and other standards and regulations for the automotive industry.
Experience in performing process AUDITs is required.
Strong understanding of Change Management principles, including steering and evaluating Change requests, and their application in automotive environments.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $110,000.00 - $135,000.00

JIT/JIS Process and Equipment Development:
Plan and develop Just-In-Time (JIT) and Just-In-Sequence (JIS) processes, concepts, and equipment to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of modules from suppliers to the point of fit on the assembly line.
Material Flow Management:
Manage and optimize both manual and automated material flow processes, covering the entire path from supplier facilities to dock doors and through internal logistics to the final point of use in production.
