Freelance Accountant

Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP) and internal controls.

We are looking for a Freelance Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, with a focus on accounts payable, payments, reconciliations, and Serbia-specific statutory and tax compliance. This role will work closely with the finance team and external partners to ensure accurate processing and timely reporting.

Accurately process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring they match purchase orders and vendor statements.

Prepare and execute vendor payments, ensuring they are made within the agreed payment terms.

Process payments via the bank platform / online banking system.

Reconcile invoices, payments, and vendor statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
