In this role, you will handle all office and facilities management, workplace planning and utilization, security, vendor management and budget oversight.

Conduct daily floor walkthroughs, ensuring office space is up to standards

Experience managing vendors, tenants, landlord relationships, and agencies

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of facility-related services

Own food and beverage delivery services

Main point of contact for subtenants, handling landlord relationships, and agencies
