Snowflake is seeking a strategic, customer-obsessed Senior Manager, Customer Marketing to own and scale Snowflake's premier co-marketing program that puts our most strategic, iconic customers at the center of our biggest storytelling moments.
You are the architect of Snowflake's most visible customer moments: flagship films, marquee keynote appearances, integrated paid campaigns, and web experiences that put our best customers on the world's biggest stages.
At the same time, you are grounded in the fundamentals of customer marketing, sourcing the right customer voices, building durable advocacy, and turning technical outcomes into reference-ready narratives that create mutual value across the customer lifecycle.
You see customer storytelling as a growth lever, not just a content exercise, a way to deepen trust with strategic accounts and act as a true partner to Sales.
You thrive at the intersection of executive relationship management, campaign strategy, and creative ambition.
You know how to find the right story, earn the trust of a Fortune 500 CDO, navigate complex brand and legal approvals, and orchestrate a cross-functional team from concept through launch.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end program for a portfolio of Tier 1 customers, from account discovery and story qualification through campaign concepting, production, launch, and reporting
Put the customer first by building trusted, long-term relationships with Snowflake's top customers and telling their stories in ways that create mutual value
Identify, qualify, and curate Snowflake's most compelling customer stories, working closely with AEs and account teams to determine fit and secure executive buy-in
Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, using high-visibility storytelling and executive engagement to strengthen relationships with our most strategic customers and support account retention, expansion, and growth
Lead customer pitches for program participation, building relationships with Communications, Marketing, and executive stakeholders at the world's most recognizable brands
Develop full co-marketing campaign concepts, ensuring narratives lead with customer impact and resonate at Tier 1 media scale
