Responsibilities

Prepare and submit staging for all quote requests.

Analyze customer requirements and product specifications to develop accurate, cost-effective staging quotes, factoring in product structure, component complexity and estimated assembly times.

Create and release Engineering Changes (ECs) and Bills of Materials (BOMs) tailored to specific staging configurations and returned equipment.

Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with production requirements.

ECs are submitted to TGCS manufacturing for part setup and implementation.

Responsible for developing the staging process and creating customized customer routing documents.
