Senior Customer Delivery Manager

Geotab is seeking a Senior Customer Delivery Manager who will play a vital role in driving the success of strategic customer-facing projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of product pilots and implementations to drive greater product adoption across key industry segments.

5-8 years of experience in Project Management or Customer Delivery.

5-8 years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.

Experience in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature our service solutions.

Experience negotiating vendor/client contracts a plus.

As a Senior Customer Delivery Manager your key area of responsibility will be overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects focused on optimizing a premier customer experience, delivering high-impact results that contribute to strategic growth.

You will need to work closely with customers, senior management, cross-functional project teams, and external resources.
