Responsibilities
The Investment Analyst will work as part of one or more product coverage teams (within diversifying strategies) to contribute to the broad efforts of HF Investor Relations.
The primary focus of the role is to provide analytical leverage to the team as well as be a point of contact for a variety of internal constituents regarding inquiries about the investment teams and products under coverage.
Responsibilities include performing analyses related to portfolio positioning, attribution and risk, market trends, competitive positioning, and pricing.
Additional responsibilities include creation and maintenance of marketing materials, review and updating of RFPs, responses to client and prospect questions, monthly and quarterly performance commentary, tracking allocations, assisting with internal updates to PMs, exposure analysis, and general flow data and analysis.
The responsibilities span across multiple teams, requiring the ability to organize across various deadlines and shift priorities, developing a business sense of where our team can add the most value.
The role of an Investment Analyst requires demonstrated skills or knowledge of alternatives products, fixed income and equity markets, data analysis (creating, managing, automating), performance and risk analysis.
