Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in test engineering for aerospace, defense, or high-reliability systems.
Experience leading complex test campaigns and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong background in data analysis, systems engineering, and failure analysis.
Familiarity with systems engineering principles and test validation traceability.
Expertise with data acquisition, test automation, and scripting (LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB).
Knowledge of test standards such as MIL-STD-810, DO-160, or NASA/DoD specs.

Responsibilities
Define and lead test strategies for major programs, including requirements verification, procedure development, and execution oversight.
Author and review high-level test documentation including plans, procedures, readiness reports, and compliance matrices.
Analyze complex test data, resolve anomalies, and lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
Oversee test campaigns involving multiple disciplines (thermal, structural, EMI, functional) and ensure full traceability to system requirements.
Mentor junior engineers and serve as the technical point of contact for internal and external test-related communications.
Interface with program leadership, customers, and regulatory bodies during design reviews and formal test events.
